Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship PAN India via DTDC courier. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 4-5 business days. Remote areas or peak festival seasons may take slightly longer.

Free delivery on orders above ₹2,500. A flat ₹99 delivery charge applies below that.

Your DTDC tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to all of the following conditions being met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags still attached.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, scratching, bending, or alteration.
  • We strongly recommend recording a video of the unboxing at the time of delivery. Claims made without unboxing evidence may not be accepted.
  • Products returned with tampered, damaged, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.
  • Items that appear to have been switched or substituted — i.e., a different product sent back in place of the original — will be rejected and reported.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, water exposure, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Earrings are strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless received in a clearly damaged or defective condition with photographic proof provided at the time of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable under any circumstance.

How to initiate a return: WhatsApp us at +91 98217 75745 with your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and your unboxing video within 15 days of delivery. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned item does not match the original product sent.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI transfer to your registered mobile number. For online payments, refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Gehnaa Jewels reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent return attempts, including submission of false damage claims or product switching.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or video of the damage. Claims made after 48 hours for damage at delivery will not be entertained.

How long does delivery take?▾
We deliver PAN India via DTDC courier within 4-5 business days of order confirmation. Remote areas may take slightly longer during peak festival seasons. You will receive your DTDC tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?▾
Yes. COD is available on all orders across India. Simply choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Is the jewellery made of real silver?▾
Our jewellery is crafted from premium brass with an oxidised silver finish — also known as silver-look or German silver. It is not sterling silver or 925 silver. The oxidised finish gives it the signature antique silver appearance that is the hallmark of traditional Indian jewellery.
How do I care for my Gehnaa Jewels pieces?▾
Keep all pieces dry — remove before bathing, swimming, or heavy activity. Avoid perfume, hairspray, and cosmetics directly on jewellery. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use. Store in the zip pouch provided, or in a separate jewellery box to prevent scratching.

How do I find my bangle size?▾
Hold your hand with fingers together and thumb tucked in. Measure the widest part of your hand in inches. This is your handsize. Handsize 2.4 fits up to 6.5 inches, 2.6 fits up to 7.0 inches, 2.8 fits up to 7.5 inches. When in doubt, size up. See the Bangle Size Guide in the footer for the full chart.
Are the rings adjustable?▾
Yes. All rings in our collection have adjustable open bands and fit most finger sizes (approximately Indian size 8-18 / US size 5-9). Do not over-bend the ring as repeated bending can weaken the metal.
What is in the box for jewelry sets?▾
Each product page and the modal popup clearly lists exactly what is included in the packaging. For example, "1 pair earrings + 1 pendant + 1 chain" or "1 necklace + 1 pair earrings + 1 bracelet + 1 ring." Always check the "What's in the box" detail before ordering.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?▾
Yes, we welcome bulk inquiries for wedding favours, gifting, and reselling. WhatsApp us at +91 98217 75745 with your requirements and we will share our wholesale pricing.
How do I track my order?▾
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your DTDC tracking number. You can track your shipment at dtdc.com using that number. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp.
I paid online but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?▾
If payment was deducted but you did not see a confirmation page, do not pay again. WhatsApp us immediately at +91 98217 75745 with your name, amount paid, and UPI/bank reference number. We will locate your payment and confirm your order manually within a few hours.
