Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship PAN India via DTDC courier. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 4-5 business days across India. Delivery may take slightly longer to remote areas or during peak festival seasons.

Free delivery on orders above ₹2,500. A flat delivery charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,500.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your DTDC tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI transfer.
